Production Workshop

1、HARDWARE WORKSHOP

Make and process metal components such as brackets, frames, etc.

2、WOODWORKING WORKSHOP

Responsible for the wood processing of display cabinet bodies, such as cutting,splicing, carving, etc.

3、PAINT WORKSHOP

Spray paint and paint the display cabinet to achieve aesthetic and protective effects.

4、LIGHTING WORKSHOP

Responsible for the installation and debugging of the display cabinet lighting system. Install LED light strips or spotlights to create the best lighting effect.

5、 QUALITY INSPECTION WORKSHOP

Conduct strict quality inspections on the completed display cabinets to ensure compliance with standards.Check the stability of the cabinet structure, the flatness of the surface and the brightness of the lighting.

6、PACKAGING WORKSHOP

Packaging qualified products to protect themfrom damage during transportation. Use foam, carton,wooden case and other packaging materials for multi-layer protection.
